François Hanriot

Occupation: National Guard commander

Prominent in Paris section politics, Hanriot was given provisional command of the Paris National Guard when the Paris Commune targeted the Girondin faction in the National Convention in late May-early June 1793. He remained loyal to Robespierre even after the latter's arrest on 27 July 1794, and was executed alongside him the following day.
